The Complaint is False and Invalid Slanderous Lies. Dear Potential Consumer. My name is Kara Fled. I am communications director for Grande Entertainment Events Ltd. We are a full member of the Better Business Bureau of Canada and the United States. We have never had a complaint registered against our Company. Furthermore the Better Business Bureau has a 3 year record on our Company and you can confirm this by checking out the BBB Website and entering our Companies Information 'Grande Entertainment Events Ltd'. ANSWER: Better Business Bureau doesn't mean sh*t. Half the times they don't even let you file complaints!!! If this is a lie, then why do you have the same phone number as Global Premiere It Ltd? Why are you in the same line of business? Coincidence? You deny not knowing Charles DeBono? Great reputation? What about Jason Boggle? Is he involved in good business practices? I doubt that very much!!! We are happy that a Website such as this 'Rip Off Report Exists'. It serves to weed out bad companies and offers Consumers a form of action. At the same time we want to make it clear we have done nothing to earn this complaint. We are more than open to any kind of Arbitration and means in resolving any problems. Its amazing the lengths someone will go to in order to slander a Good Company such as ours for NO valid reason. ANSWER: Good company!! I don't think so. If this company was so good, it would have resolved its issues!! It would have HONORED its end of the contract like its investors did, instead of coming up with excuses not to!! The above Complaint does not even include a Customers name? Why is that? We believe the Complain tent to either be a disgruntled fired employee or a someone who does not feel particularly good regarding our Companies success? ANSWER: Sorry, but your company is far from successful! It's just a straight up scam, and no I'm not a former employee. Just a scammed out investor. Furthermore when we find out who made this slanderous comment regarding the Company we plan on taking severe legal action against this group of individuals or person. If you want a clean rep, get Charles and the Global crew to hold up there end of the bargain, and re-sell the sites like they said they would. I just finished speaking with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Division Online Fraud) and they will be looking into the activites of the company (they assured me that) and they will keep me informed. you know what I suggest that the customers do is make more reports about the company in question and maybe end up going to there offices with the Police and demand money back ... :)
