Granite State Dock and Marine Scott Buckland Dock Installation and Maintenace company only interested in getting your money, No customer support once installed and refuses to provide warranty and maintenance services Goffstown, New Hampshire
Company was hired to construct a dock for my home in New Hampshire. Proposed installation of an 18ft dock and provide yearly installation and removal services. Also provided warranty coverage.
Never mentioned anything about problems with installation at time of proposal or final install. Immediately after, dock was found to be wobbly and unstable. Took multiple phone calls and emails to obtain a response. Owner now claimed it was because of unusual amounts of silt in area of install. Promised to move it to a new location next season.
However, company failed to show for seasonal dock removal. Ignored multiple calls and emails again. When finally reached in Nov, they claimed water was too cold to do removal and that the dock, being made of aluminum would be fine thru winter despite freezing water.
In Spring, dock supports were found to have bent and portions of the dock had faded despite warranty to the contrary. Again tried to contact company multiple times. All calls were ignored. After many months, I reversed a portion of my credit card charge for the dock install and immediately received a call.
Dock required repair and replacement of several damaged components at my expense despite their inability to remove dock from water on schedule. Since then, the dock has required some form of repair or replacement part each and every year. This year, dock was instaleld and again was wobbly. Two support beams were left uninstalled and on banks of water. when questioned, owner claimed ground too unstable to install dock completely. I asked him to return and stabilize dock or remove it to another location. He promised to do so but never returned rendering dock unusuable for the season. He now refuses to return and address repairs or to do seasonal removal.

total B S , customer wanted seasonal services for free, not going to happen... we are alway willing to help and have a great customer appreciation, and we go out of way to make thing right, we do not need to make up stories.
we have a perfect A plus rating with the BBB. guess you can't make unhappy people happy.
we have sold thousands of dock to date and never had a unhappy customer, untill now.
