Granite Transformations ripoff inferior product and refusal to repair damage Phoenix Tempe Arizona
Product is misrepresented on website and by sales person. The big appeal of the product is supposed to be that there is no more than two seams and that it comes fully formed for installation. The reality is that the edges are glued on to the entire product and you can see the seams on every inch of the countertops. It looks cheap and fake. The grout color also did not match the countertop. The backsplashes were not originally scribed in and the entire product looked awful.
During the installation process the work crew damaged my acrylic flagstone patio by working on it. Funny -- the product is supposed to come fully assembled. The website and printed materials state over and over that it's all in one piece. The company has not made the repairs to my acrylic flagstone.
Their customer service is horrible and now they are threatening me with a lien on my house. They have not finished the work, destroyed my patio and now they're threatening me. Pathetic.
