Grant Search Assitant ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Washington District of Columbia
I was given to believe that after a one time $5.95 charge I would recieve a booklet and CD that would help me to search for grants available to small business owners.
I never received any booklet or CD. On top of that they have since charged my credit card twice for the amount of $29.95. so what should have been less than $6.00 is now totalling $65.85.
My attempts to contact this place have resulted in no solution, as the 800 number I was given is incorrect and I have been unable to get them to respond to comments on their website.
My bank is unable to help because I have no proof that I didn't authorize this transaction.
