My complaint is going to sound very similar, if you'd been doing your homework on this company. Multiple times we were told grass was being sent, only never to show up. It finally arrived late, was dead, and no one showed up to install our dead grass which has a "warranty". Complete waste of time dealing with these individuals. Called to complain, getting absolutely no where.
