Grass4Sale.com did not perform prep work as promised, did not deliver grass, and did not install grass. Then they proceeded to charge my credit card the full amount for services not rendered, over $2,000.
Valerie Kennedy at Grass4Sale.com sent me the following via email (I have removed my name):

I just got in to the office as I am working a later shift today. I see the photos that you sent. I can assure that is not a finished product. He is not finished with the prep. He was just getting started on the job since he was in the area and had some free time. Also, I was told by him that he asked you first if he could take his dog out and that you obliged. Otherwise, he would have kept his dog in the cage in his truck. As far as the quality of the installation, I would be more than happy to send pictures of finished installations that Jesus has done. It may not seem like it right now, but he is very good at what he does and I assure you that you would be very happy with the finished product. Please give us the chance to complete this installation.
Thank You,
Valerie Kennedy

Mr. ,
Thank you for your patience. We can cancel the remainder of your order and refund you the amount of $1,661.90. Let me know if you want to proceed with this.
Thank You,
Valerie Kennedy
Their worker did sub par prep work as he was too busy behaving inappropriately with his girlfriend on my back porch. He also allowed his chihuahua to run around my backyard while my 2 dogs barked from inside the house (Valerie is inferring that I am not truthful in her email above). He asked for a cup of ice. When I walked out onto my back porch to give it to him, his girlfriend had her left hand in his right pocket and he said loudly, "I know what you are looking for!".
The worker, his girlfriend, and the chihuahua left my residence WITHOUT notifying me and WITHOUT completing the prep work promised (as you can see by Valerie's email admission above). My guess is they were startled and embarassed when I caught them acting inappropriately on my back patio.
After offering me a partial refund, to which I declined, they are now charging the entire amount to my credit card, AND threatening to place a lien on my homestead, AND threatening to send the amount (there is no invoice evidence to support it) to a debt collection agency.
Valerie Kennedy also mistakenly sent an internal email from her boss, James Walker, to my attention where it plainly states to "Send the whole amount".
I have disputed with my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE! No wonder there are so many negative reviews about this company online. Just google them!
