On 11/08/2012 I contact great american online spoke with a brokke to have cotains remove from my storge she send me a quote to see and said it would not take a long time after the driver put up my thing and 4 to five daays he would bring to where I live now The was paid and she send me more paper to sign online so I can reserve the trunk and I paid thinking I will get my things soon. The driver was 2 days late saying he was doing another job. So after leaving on that mon. I call the next day asking ron when will be this way he inform me he was not comiming for another week so I call my mom and spoke tony the mamager he told her he will make sure I get all my things . The next day tony did not return my calls spoke with brooke she pass me on to tony. He said for sure you will have you things by mon.27 2012. Ron was in delaware and would be their later that day or night and was to keep me posted his wearabouts. No call from tony. Tues. As come and gone I left a message but still have not gotten back with I let him know if he has my things and done some thing with it will be a price to paid.
