   I paid almost $4,000 for a car at Great Lakes Auto a few months back. When I bought it, I was aware the A/C didn't work, it just blew hot air. When it started getting cold, it started blowing cold air. I called Great Lakes Auto, and Liz Fetter PROMISED me she would have it fixed. I think her exact words were " I know it's getting cold, and you have the little one's, I don't want you to worry that we won't fix it. We will take care of it for you." You can imagine my relief.

   Now that a few months have passed, Liz doesn't take my calls, or return them when I leave messages. I filed a complaint with the BBB which went unanswered. I had a mediator from Ingham County call them. Liz told the mediator we had a written contract for the car sale, and that she didn't see where they said they were going to repair my heat in that contract.

   I would stay away from Liz Fetter and family at Great Lakes Auto/Cedar Auto Sales. You might end up paying thousands of dollars for a car without something as simple as HEAT in the WINTER in MICHIGAN.
