I was planning my daughters outdoor sweet 16 and was ordering a 10X30 blue tent. I was called shortly after and told "the blue was on back order" I agreed to switch the color to yellow. After a few weeks I was delivered a 10X20 white tent. I emailed and sent pics to "Brittany" the sales rep who was very apologetic and sent for it to be picked up and replaced . a few weeks later they deliver a 10x20 yellow tent , I email again and was told the yellow was now on back order in the size 10x30 and that I could have a white 10X30 I already paid for the yellow 10X30 which I changed the color scheme to accomodate when the Blue was on "back order" I said I wanted a refund or the 10X30 yellow tent . She said the web site says no refunds I argued my case that when I ordered, it was not on back order and if it is now they technically sold my tent to someone else! She said they cant pick up the tent and send me the white I didnt want white for my function my daughter only gets one sweet 16 and I ordered with pleanty of time until all the mistakes. I reported them to the BBB of who they did not reply to their attempts of contact . I received an email saying they will reimburse $15.00 . at this point I needed something so I agreed and it was suppose to be refunded 30 days later while I could keep the 10X20 . here we are one year later and the liars never even sent me the 15 dollars. When I was told the yellow was on back order I called a number from the site and inquired if they had a 10x30 yellow tent in stock and was told YES! I have kept ALL emails so if anyone is filing a class action suit I AM IN!!!!
