Greater Community Bank ripoff Was nasty over the phone hung up on me several times accused me of having a bad attitude and disconitued my bank account Totowa New Jersey
I contacted Greater Community Bank today, which is the bank I've been dealing with for the better part of 4 years. I've never experienced anything like I have today. I delt with the manager named Michelle over the phone who continued to call me "little girl" & she refused to help me with any of my banking questions. She hung up on me at least 4 times today & then told me she was going to discontinue my bank account. All I asked for was a little bit of help with my account. I felt I needed to report this to you as soon as possible. If you can help me I'd be very thankful. Thanks for your time, Sincerely
