Originally saw these products advertised on facebook. With the following this product boasted, it seemed as if all these people couldn't be lying so I clicked thru and ordered the product, which ended up being 2 products.

It is supposed to be a trial version; try it for only the cost of shipping ($4.95 for one bottle and $2.95 for the other). The instructions state that you have 14 days from the ORDER date to decide if it is working. If order is not cancelled by 14th day, they will bill $80 for each product and will begin to send 1 bottle of each product at $80 each, monthly.

Each product took 4 days to arrive (ordered on 10/2/14 and received on 10/6/14) and they were each sent from different locations even though they were ordered from the same website at the same time(Chatsworth, CA and Canoga Park, CA). Each product had a different customer service numbers to call to cancel (800-451-1812 to cancel Garcinia Cambogia and 888-912-2761 to cancel Green Body Cleanse).

Over the course of the next week. It did not seem as if they were really doing anything. While shopping my local grocery store I can across the same products, slightly. The products at the grocery store were $10 and $12. When I compared ingredients, I discovered the products I ordered online were 1/3 the concentration of the products by the same name at the grocery store. Why would I want to pay $160/month for this stuff when I can get essentially the same thing (at triple the dose) for $22/month? So, on day 14 (from the order date, not the receiving date) I called both customer service numbers to cancel future orders and obdain return mailing address to return unused product.

So, on 10/16/14, I called both numbers to cancel both products. Coinsidentally, they are both having technical issues and can not pull up any account information. Please call back in an hour or call back tomorrow. I tried calling later that day and got an automated message saying that I needed to send an email to [email protected]. It stated that I needed to list the order # in subject line and have my name and phone # in body of email. They will email me back when cancellation is complete. Fine, I did just that. On 10/16/14, I sent an email requesting that both products be cancelled as well as requesting information on where to send the unused product.

On 10/17/14, I received an email confirming receipt of cancellation notice and informing me that someone would be in touch with me within the next 24-48 hrs. Fine, later today would be approximately 24 hours so I called 800-451-1812 to confirm cancellation of GC and get address in which to return product. Phone system hung up on me x 10 times. I then called 888-912-2761 to confirm cancellation of GBC and get address in which to return product. This call diverted to an automated system telling me to email a message to the cancellation department. I emailed another response to cancellation department. This time I also requested information on where to send unused product. As they are closed on weekends, I decided to folow up on Tuesday, 10/21/14.

Today, 10/21/14, I called 800-451-1812 to verify cancellation of order and obtain address to return unused product. I got a message stating the number is disconnected. Rechecked # and tried back 3 x and still got disconnected notice. I also tried calling 888-912-2761 to verify cancellation of order and obtain address to return unused product.  I got the same message stating number is disconnected. Rechecked this # and tried back 3 x and still got disconnected notice.

Thus far, they have not charged my account and I am uncertain as to how to proceed. Is there a way to stop payments when payments are not pending with the bank yet? Should I return the product to the same address I received it? Should I just change my debitcard #?
