On April 24th I placed an order to try Green Coffee Pure for $3.95 s&h and Garcinia Pure for only $2.95 s&h from an add on Facebook. I read the fine print and the superfine print and decided it was safe to put it on my credit/debit card since there were no additional fees or reoccurring Monthly charges mentioned.

I received the products and did not try them, left them unopened. Two weeks later, there are two charges on my checking account one for $89.00 and another for $88.00. I immediately called the bank and found out the business that charged it. I called them and after 30 minutes of arguing and telling them I did NOT want the product if it cost that much and that I was returning it they finally gave me two RMA numbers and the address to send them to.

I shipped it back immediately bad they received the product back on May 4th. I called on May 7th and was told it would take 5-7 business days to get a refund. So, on May 14th I called again and was given a big run around about how they did not receive the product. I told Omhar he did recieve the product back, I varified with the postal service and the lady I talked to on the 4th verified it. he tried to give me the run around again saying it would be 7-10 business days this time.I was so irritated at this point I told him he took the money out of my account instantly and he could return it before 5:00 that day or I would contact the BBB! He did get one in there alright, but only ONE, not BOTH.

I have called and argued, and dealt with every forgien non-English speaking moron they have answering the phone overseas about three to four times a week since. They continue to tell me they have refunded my money and try to give me some stupid number I already have each time I call. I know my account is flagged because each idiot I get says the same exact thing as the previous one. Here it is, June 19th and they still owe me $89.00. I have faxed them bank statements, filed a report with the Better Business Beauru, and now will make good on my threat to contact Facebook and any other type of media until I get my money back or it destroys their business. Talk about being a bunch of sneaky, lying THIEVES!!! Don't EVER deal with this company.
