I was given a $200 card as a gift.  After reading their terms, I called and asked for a refund.  They said they would mail it to me.  It's now over six weeks later and have not received a check.  Calls to customer service are answered by an auto attendant.  It says the card number is not valid, call back when I have the right information.  Cannot get through to a live person.  Very frustrating.  There are plenty of VISA or AMEX gift cards out there.  DON'T USE GREENDOT.

Today I received a full refund including the cost of purchasing the card.  I am satisfied with the resolution.  A couple of notes.  First, don't try to use the 800 number to contact them.  The toll corporate number seems to work.  Second, it was explained that these are not gift cards.  My friends thought it was.  They said better packaging now explains that.
