OK Green dot did this to me 2 times I had a student loan to pay and when I called sAllie Mae to see did they get my payment they said it was declined so I called green dot and the woman would not let me talk to the manger and the man of January 2016 and February 2016. They want to tell me the manger wouldn't end so then the woman of February 2016 want to tell me about a personlized card with my name on it that i don't know about suppose to come in the mail then she want to be cocky about it so I talk ruff and then after I called I still had money on my card and they put a sercuity code that i can't use my card. And the man of January 2016 said the reason why they took money of 7 dollars off my card because it was a $7 fee when I was told it's a $4 dollar fee only and plus I had $24 dollars left and when I was ordering something for Amazon they said it was decline because of green dot and in my heart green dot is a money scam in my opinion and I work to hard for my money.

And whoever you are I finish school a grown woman u talking trash and like I said my student loan was declined because of green dot taking money off my visa green dot prepaid card but that let me know how retarted you are if u miss understood me so that all got to say

I'm guessing English must be your second language because most of what you have typed does not make any sense whatsoever. You start off talking about a Green Dot card you bought for paying off a student loan.. Then go into some vague complaint about the manager that makes no sense, then you start talking about a personalized card, some fee of some sort and pin you can't use?
I don't know how you think your complaint helps anyone with all of the nonsense and terrible spelling/grammar/nonsense issues. Obviously student loans are the least of your problems if you're in college and you can't even form complete sentences that make sense.
