I sent 8 grams, troy wght. to this co. 3 weeks ago, they didnt even know what i sent, it was almost 100% pure platinum, they thought it was steel wool, are these the people you want to trust your preciouse metals with? i would steer clear of this mess, they called and said they had it, didnt know what it was, told them, and I feel like they will rip me off, they have my platinum, 99.645%, and might rip me off, have not been satisfied, they said they would call with a price, instead, they called, and wanted to know what it was, I wrote it on the mailer, and dont they have a lab, dont send your stuff here.
