Unfortunately tim currier has pulled so many scams he landed himself in prison for fraud. At no time was rm builders an employee of green home enegry. Tim was a repeat customer until he bounced checks to me $6,700.00 worth. At that time I refused taking his projects on. I was contacted by numerous people inquiring about tim and his company, the attorney general to be more specific. When I answered them honestly it didn't go along with tims fairytales. When I told tim I was honest he resorted to childish reports that are not only inaccurate but out right lies. Tim has had no choice but to answer for his actions . He simply was grasping at straws and looking to blame someone for his actions. If you want truthful accurate reviews on rm builders just find them on home advisor. Good luck tim, now is as good a time as any to change your ways and become a productive member of society. Only you can make the nessesary changes to stay out of prison. It's all about honesty

Timothy Currier/Green Home Energy Systems, LLC
Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announced today that a Merrimack County Superior Court judge granted the State's Petition for Preliminary Injunctive Relief and Petition for Attachment against Timothy Currier and Green Home Energy Systems, LLC.
The State's Consumer Protection Bureau filed for injunctive relief against Timothy Currier and Green Home Energy Systems, LLC as a result of its having received a number of consumer complaints against this business. The nature of the consumer complaints is that Currier took significant deposits from consumers in exchange for the promise of roofing and/or other contacting work, and then failed to either perform the work or performed it in such a way as to require repairs. The consumers further allege that Currier failed to show up for appointments, failed to return multiple calls made to him and when the consumers were able to reach him, he gave numerous excuses as to why he had not yet done the work. Currier has failed to refund deposits for work he has not performed.
By granting the State's Petition for Injunctive Relief and Petition for Attachment, Currier and Green Home Energy Systems, LLC are prohibited from accepting deposits, retainers, or any form of advance payment for work.Anyone who has a consumer complaint against a business is urged to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, by logging onto www.doj.nh.gov/consumer. For anyone who does not have access to the internet, they may have a complaint form mailed to them by calling 1-888-468-

Isn't it ironic that the only review on ROR that Mr. Currier responds to is one he thinks a former sub-contractor wrote about him? What about all of the other reviews about Mr. Currier on ROR and all over the internet? I find it absurd that ROR wouldn't see right through Mr. Currier and ban him from filing any rebuttals.
Chances are if you read the rest of the reviews on the internet about Mr. Currier you would not believe a word he says- I dealt with the same lies as those discussed in many of the other reviews- time to come up with some new lies Mr. Currier- your common ones are getting out there.
And does it make you feel like a man to bash someone that you wrote bad check to? Should you not be honest with your review and tell the truth or do you really not know how to? When I had my dealings with you, I have never heard any lies in all of my 56 years of living- sickening!
Mr. McGivern was wonderful with helping me and my family. We were not given what we had purchased through our agreement with Mr. Currier- we got the cheap brands of material that could be purchased at the local Home Depot for a fraction of the price I paid! It's just ridiculous to think that you would ever condemn anyone for anything that they have done when you never did right with my job...NEVER!
I happened to google the infromation that you wrote about with McGivern, and nowhere could I find that he was guilty of any of his charges. And did you not know that some people change and learn from their past? This is the present guy, and it is you who has numerous ill reviews about the same sleazy tricks and lies you pull to make a living.
Not only did I google McGivern's name, but I also happened to google yours! You probably shouldn't say things about people or give people the ideas- I found more info on you...the numerous BAD reviews, the Bow, NH police reports on you, (was it your wife you beat on?), and you yourself has pending felony charges too. What about all of the complaints with the Better Business Bureau on you? They have none on McGivern!
Sadly, if you think that people will believe your lies with your reviews- you are the one who should seek some help...Liars Anonymous perhaps! I know how I was ripped off by you and surely there are many others who have had the same thing happen to them by you- not McGivern!
Do you really think the world is going to believe that McGivern went to your customers for his $20,000 cash bail? That is just the most absurd thing one could ever believe...come on now, be realistic! Don't you think that just sounds silly? Surely McGivern would share where the bail money came from- he had no problem telling me!
Thankfully, McGivern was a very HONEST, RESPECTFUL, and very HELPFUL man when it came to helping me out! I would hire him back any day for any work I needed and I wouldn't allow you to step a foot on my property.
Mr. Currier- you cannot go through life lying and stealing from people! Eventually it catches up to you! Your business should have been shut down long ago- many people would have saved some money if they did not have you come knocking on their door! You know what they say? A good salesman is a good liar- the time has come when you should just give it up- a good liar doesn't use the same lies for every job!
I'll be sure to google your name in a year or so and come back to ROR to update what the world should know about you! Good luck to you with your felony charges- good luck to anyone who does work for you and expects to get paid without your petty little games! Good luck to any customer who believes you! Good luck with your future- hopefully you get locked up like you deserve!
Mr. McGivern- thank you for your kindness, you truthfulness, and helping me out! Currier can claim you "stole" his customers...but the smart ones figured him out! Thank you for allowing us to "steal" you as our new contractor- your work is of such great perfection and reasonably priced!

If you Google his name the first thing that comes up is the dog shooting thing (http://www.nh.gov/humane/news/documents/20110524-winchester.pdf). Looks like he has been convicted of stuff in the past, and a woman even had to put an order of protection against him.
I KNEW it was "R&M" that posting this BS. So transparent, dude.

Reginald McGivern, (R&M Builders - Not a registered company in this state), was a sub-contractor that whose services were terminated by Green Home Energy Systems, LLC due to theft, dishonesty, workmanship, and many others reasons. The theft was discovered to be taking place for a very long time, and included theft of materials, company funds, dishonesty on payroll, and also theft of funds from customers. This individual was recently arrested and charged with a class A felony for pretending to be an employee of Green Home Energy Systems, LLC, and collecting funds from customers, having checks written directly to him. He was released on a $20,000.00 cash bail, which apparently was paid by returning to see customers that Green Home Energy Systems, LLC did work for, and pretending that the work needed to be fixed, and convincing these customers to pay for the "repairs". I have also come to find out that this person was not forthcoming about his past. Reginald McGivern apparently is also being charged with Cruelty to Animals, in which he shot his own dog twice in the head. This is a very disturbed individual. He is pretending to be someone he is not, and writing fraudulant reviews like this one. I usually try not respond to garbage like this, but this "review" went a bit too far. This review was not written by my mother. My mother is in poor health, and I do not appreciate this horrible attempt at "cleverness". My mother has never purchased replacement windows. My mother doesn't even own her own home. Also, I do not have a daughter at all. And for what you said about my son, it is just sick. There is no other word for it. Mr. McGivern, you have problems, and you should seek help. I sincerely hope you are able to turn your life around. I feel very sad for you.

First of all, it is very bizarre that ROR is allowing a COMPETITOR'S name and number to be posted, since this is obviously basically an advertisement for them; their normal policy is to redact that info for that very reason.
Anyway, in additional to being illiterate, RM is a terrible liar. Tries to pose as the dude's mom? Come on.
I have nothing to do with either business, but if RM Builders is willing to stoop this low, I sure as heck would not hire them.

once getting hold of tims mother she went on to say how she hired tim to do windows for her. when only a small fraction of them got done( 3 out of 18 ) & he told her how he got scammed by customer so he needed to use her$ for material on another job & would finish her windows after completion of other job once he got paid. when 7months went by & still no windows she spoke w/ the guy tim sub contracted work to. when the things tim said didnt coinside w/ the things contractor said she was very upset& as ive learned more than once tims sub made it right by her by installing her windows for free. unfortunatly she had to buy the windows again but was very happy he did them for FREE!
as i stated in initial report. this guy tried to make tims customers happy out of his own pocket. you need not believe me, or any of tims customers that have made claims reports or filed charges against him. you can believe tims responses on all the reports that he tries to make seem like they came from someone else. bottom line is DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO TIM CURRIER/GREEN HOME ENERGY SYSTEMS SCAM! check into all he says there are numerous reports about him. check THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU see what you can find. when you have such a liar doing business like tim currier you WILL find the truth w/ very little effort as his reputation is everywhere & its NOT a good one.
R M builders (603-499-2025) has given me permission to use his name&number for many reasons. the obvious, for possible work but like he said "IF I CAN GET WORK OUT OF THIS, GREAT! BUT IF I CAN SAVE OTHERS FROM BEING VICTIMIZED BY TIM THEN THATS THE REAL PRIZE"
im not suggesting you use him, im just suggesting you call him & get the real truth. everything he told me i was able to easily verify. or dont listen to any of this & you can tell how you got scammed by tim currier/green home enrgy systems on ripoff report once you gave your hard earned$ as a deposit

First of all, I smelled TOTAL BS from the start. Then when the "mother" mentioned how great the competitor was, I knew it was bull.
ROR Mods - please redact the name (and phone number!) of the competitor.
