Complaint Review: Green Light Marketing - Chicago Illinois

I was just fired from GLM,aka Cydcor. I worked with Green Light for about 3 or 4 weeks, watched countless people-including my trainer Steve come and go. I still held my head high,even quit for a few days, and for some reason thought it was legit and went back. About 2 weeks into it, a shady looking new Steve showed up.He was a con man, a Bullshtter,and everything it took to be a Successful salesman. I am Honest,and like to wait for my clients to contact me and then when THEY are ready,pitch them on the Product (no longer Quill-now they work for AT&T). Steve wassnt. He even asked me for a ride home, picked my brain on my thoughts, re worded them, told Chris Nelson-the boss-and i was fired.Not to mention i was working unpermitted as a solicitor and they knew it. I was told it was OK as long as a leader was around.Yet i was dropped off into Random Sub Developments and picked up hours later. If AT&T went into the field with some of these salesman, they would fire GLM. Whenever our AT&T rep Veronica came in on Tuesdays, we never did the Practice Pitches, or anything other then Product Knowledge because we didnt want her to see the way we were manipulating people into Buying from us.Juice by you Chris. FUJI,5's and 8's,SACs,STOP, every horrible acronym they have we were told to use. "Stay with the Systems, if FFF doesnt work,RRR them." I was told by Justin. Bonnie, an Ex Marine even said "People need to be smacked and told what to do with a smile, and then you can sell sell sell." I was fired for something that happened outside of the office at that. I was fired for Stating my own opinions on the company in my own car,with someone who i thought i could kinda trust. This man Steve Even let Chris use his name and TELL me he was the one who said it. AND he only ratted me out because he lost "Super challenge Friday" to me-and wanted revenge. HOW THIS SCAM WORKS 1.1st round interview. Half the Time Chris issint even there, hell, i was interviewed by a secratary in a basement suite. 2.The call back-everyone gets it.and everyone gets a 2nd interview. They call around 5-5:30 because the office is empty by then. 3.2nd round interview. You will be greeted off and on as Chris and others walk in and out of a back room.You will hear shouting and chantings.Alot of Clapping and such as "high rollers" give there pitches on what works for them. You will then be greeted by a "top leader"-aka king bullshiter Firm Handshake, and then walked directly outside in Silence. Once outside, you will be explained a few quick things, like turn off your phone, make sure your car issint by a meter,day cleared until 9?etc. After that, its a dogpilled ride 1 hours away, but 1st-they ask you usueless questions, being told to keep the FORDS in mind(Family Occupations,Recreation,Dreams,Sumthin iforgot) There pitching you and closing you on the job-keep that in mind on your way to the Oasis. Now everyone piles out, changes into there polos and goes inside.YOu will have limited answers to your questions, but told to remember FUJI and the 5's. After you walk around all day with someone manipulating others using FUJI(Fear of Loss, Urgency,Jones effect and Indifference) you will be shuffled into another car and driven back to the office for your test. Open everything test-then Chris. 4. You will get the Job-Everyone does unless ure just stupid or show morales, or deny it. 5. Manipulation Time. Brianwashing and such. Not everyone is that kind of person there, only the leaders. This is all in there Binders.and even then, there were ALOT of good people still-And they know who they are.
