Green Tree rip-off! Deceptive charges for insurnace legal fees St. Paul Minnesota
We have had our home financed since Aug. 2000, first with Green Tree, then Conseco, now Green Tree again. Our payment has gone up from $537.00 to $1,878.65. Green Tree says these are "Legal Fees" (Which they claim we owed Conseco, & it's against the law for them to try & collect on Conseco's former charges), and the next time they say it's for insurance. I can't tell you the number of times we've had our insurance co. fax over our proof of insurance to these morons.
