Greendot Charges ATM fee for in-network withdrawal Internet, California
Greendot charged my account $7.50 in ATM fees even though I went to an in-network ATM they listed on their site. I made 3 withdrawals from the US Bank ATM in Franklin KY that is listed on their site as having no fees for using it. I was charged $2.50 for each withdrawal. When I called to complain I was told that these fees are not waived and are explained in the Terms and Conditions. When I went to their site and looked at the terms and conditions, it also says there is no ATM fees for in network withdrawals. When I told the woman on the phone this I was told that my only recourse was to close the account. If you want a company that keeps their word DON'T TRUST GREENDOT...they won't even honor their own written agreements.
