GreenWay Home Services is not an ideal company for Nashville TN. They are dishonest and are thieves. I know because i worked for them. They ripped me off for over $3000.00 us dollars. the only way to get it is to sue in small claims court. Thats the same price as for legal help. And from what I heard from other employees im not the first. They also like to rip off customers by defacing and rigging a/c units. I mean how many customers actually know what the technician did.Also they violate EPA laws by allowing customers a/c units to leak so they can continue to collect a $55.00 to $60.00 fee from customers after 30 days and A/c system starts to freeze up. I worked for Greenway for the entire summer of 2007 from 7:00am to at times 1.00 AM but at least to 10:30pm I have five kids, thats who they stole from. They did not even have a working recovery machine on site. This machine prevents freon from exscaping into the atomosphere. This hcfc element takes 100 years to disolve in the atomospere and is a cause for global warming. I too was fired for theft that was setup by owners daughter who ran the Nashville based business and has no clue on hvac. I was also charged for damages to a ceiling that i feel thru in a 145 degree attic on a two man job.. So much for their insurance. I was also charged for pre existing water damagein customers home.$500.00 for backing into an illegally parked vehicle that belong to Greenway. I had also heard they hire anyone rite off the streets, I thought they quick to hire me. Most companies at least have a knowledge test,drug test,background test ,but if its going to cost Whitt Green way a penny you can forget about it . They claim to pay 40% comm. of jobs but in the end thell ripp you off buy not giving you your final paychecks

(thats plural). Then they steal all your truck stock and tell you it'll be reimburst on your final check .. I was agood tech according to all my customers.. I worked for Greenway twice didn't learn my lesson the first time.ripped off then too. they also fired a guy who was NATE certfied. Havent talked to him since but he was a great tech.. All i can say to Whitt& Whittney "I HOPE TO SEE YOU ON THE STREETS". So i can thank you personally. OH yea they had a salesman fire me. I was also the best salesman they ever had ,go figure. So customers who bought contracts from me i didnt lie they did. iI hope to meet my customers again so they can be warned, and get maintenace contracts with a liable company. Greenway GO BACK TO MEMPHIS>>. It took a crew of five to replace me and the Nate guy, thats sad. We were a great team and probably the best crew of two any company would ever see. I grossed over $14,000.00 for just the summer iI wonder what that sob made off me alone... PISSED OFF AND PISSED ON....

If fired in the summer of 2007 why is a HVAC tech still playing on Internet in March of 2008?

I am familiar with this technician and his situation with Greenway. Greenway in Nashville is a fair company that gave this technician the benefit of the doubt by allowing him a second chance at employment after terminating him for allowing a customer to write a check made to him and not to the company and cashing it. Unfortunately once someone tries to beat the system and steals then most likely they will do it again. This technician proved that even if a company tries to help someone who is in jam it does not always pay off. He was terminated the second and final time due to a similar situation involving theft and dishonesty in the summer of 2007. For Greenway to let go of a technician in the middle of summer, which is the busiest time of year, obviously means that there was zero tolerance situation where the employee's action would no longer be accepted. I would be one of the first ones to say that I worked in the Memphis store and they were always fair to me. I moved out of Memphis and chose to relocate to Nashville since some of my family lives there. Anytime I am in a jam and have asked the Greenway's for help they have always been there for me. If you DO THE RIGHT THING, then the Greenways are known for being there for you. Sorry to know about this technician's accusation about Greenway, but Greenway is right. If they cannot even trust a technician themselves why would they send that person into one of their customer's home?
