Cambio Business Advisors DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Cambio Business Advisors was hired to provide us with IT services that would help us architect, deploy and maintain technology that would keep our business running. In August 2009, Mr. Greg Floyd, the owner of Cambio Business Advisors sent the attached letter to our company. As you can see he made various promises in the letter and even advised that after discussing our facilities and our user base and assets with his team he had developed a plan to guarantee optimum performance of our systems in the execution of the many services we render for our clients as well as support our current technology assets. In reality there had been no real discussion or plan that truly would provide the services he advertises in writing and/or through the Cambio website: www.cambioadvisors.com. What happened over the next thirty (30) days a complete disruption of our services both internally and to our client base. The Cambio technicians (if you can call them that) came into our offices and made a complete wreck of our systems advised us to purchase equipment that was unnecessary and were rude, belligerent and disruptive to our employees. Upon pointing these deficiencies out to Mr. Gregory Floyd, his response was to blame our employees, equipment and then to allege the use of illegally obtained software. All hardware purchase and any new software were installed by Cambio and its technicians. In other words, his position was to blame the customer. We were charged over $6000 for technician time and equipment that was ineffective, disruptive and unusable. Ultimately, all services provided by Cambio needed to be completely reversed and equipment purchased unused despite requesting a refund for the same. We have tried to resolve the situation with Cambio through direct negotiations and through our attorney. Cambio has been non-responsive and has further inflamed the situation by sending correspondence through its attorney somehow taking quotes from our customers that try to paint us as some sort of bad company to justify the bad service Cambio provided.

When requested to return services to the working order they were Mr. Gregory Floyd responce:  "Make your world work for you and please do not call on us again. I will pray on this one for a long time to come

Shane Garner and Credit Alliance Group, Inc. regret and retract the posting made to this site on or about October 7, 2009 about Cambio Business Advisors, LLC and Gregory Floyd, and have amicably resolved the disputes that came into existence with them.

Cambio Business Advisors, LLC, strives to offer its customers optimum IT direction and support. Our principal has over twenty years of technology leadership and experience working with domestic and international companies. This includes serving as COO/CIO and VP IT of large, service-oriented private and public companies as well as serving as the Enterprise Systems Practice Leader at one of the Big Four accounting firms. Our personnel are highly experienced IT professionals and our corporate culture is based on respect and commitment. We advise on what we believe are the best practices for our clients individual needs, and the customer ultimately decides which recommendations the customer wants to follow. In this particular instance, Mr. Garner and his company rejected many of our recommendations / proposals and never came to fully understand, leverage and appreciate the technology involved. When Mr. Garner asked us to return his operation to its prior state we did so promptly. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the work / services that we provide, and do the best that we can to make this happen.
