In 99.99% of the time, the buses run fine. Good air conditioning. They're clean and neat. You get on, and the thing will run you almost right up to the place that you need to go. Almost every little town across America has a greyhound station. Plus, it's pretty safe. The only problems I ever heard of were when a nut-case passenger attacked the driver. Occasionally, the buses do have accidents. Trust me, when that happens, you definitely stand a better chance in a bus on the ground, instead of in the middle of wind shear conditions at 3,000 feet. Trust me here. I am like the MOST careful, paranoid person there is. The ONLY way I'll go is on a bus. I never felt unsafe. I never felt like my life was in danger by riding the bus. Yes, you can get on a plane and be there in hours. Next time, give it a shot. When they got you bent over looking for explosives before you board, come back here and let us know how that worked out. Also, people are stranded in airports too. And, train stations. It's called the hassles of public transportation. I have to say here. For the money, I'd rate greyhound as probably the best travel value out there. Safety is a prime consideration for me. Why risk my life with engine pylon bolts, or jackscrews in the tail? You know what happened to those jackscrew people? They plunged into the ocean and died. Hopefully, instantly, on impact. Either way, imagine their final 30 seconds. Clinging in terror to a doomed aircraft. Funny, huh? Greyhound ain't looking so bad anymore, is it?

What does your fathers Cadillac have to do with this guy's experience with Greyhound??? You really have filed this in the wrong place!! You may want to read the post BEFORE you file your report. You can file your own report in a seperate category. They do have instructions on how to do that.

I am writing on behalf of my father, Clarence Carter, who gave 9000 dollars to a Cadillac dealer in Yonkers who refused to produce the car that was requested and also refused to refund his deposit. Cadillac has been made aware of this dealer and although they are in touch with my father about this "swindle" they claim the problem is out of their hands yethey continue to supply this dealership with cars Please advise.
