This is a follow-up to Stuart's report of Grey Marketing. I had the same thing happen to me. I think that it is being run by a career assessment & career advancement services company. I filled out the forms on the Grey Marketing website (greymarketingteam.com), very skeptical of it. I ran a search on Grey Marketing and there were a LOT of things that didn't add up ... no phone number, no suite number, chose a famous new york skyscraper as the address, etc. There was a career assessment survey on the Grey Marketing website, stating that they had contracted with a national career assessment firm for a free career assessment. ut of the blue, Albert & Alexander Associates contacted me. I went there for an initial consultation and was told that I was contacted by them because I didn't quite fit another client's needs. I was asked if I knew who that was, but didn't mention Grey Marketing because I had already figured out that Grey Marketing was a scam. I am almost 100% positive that this phony website was set up by Albert & Alexander because I was not in an aggressive job seeking mode and did not apply to any company other than Grey Marketing that would have forwarded my information to a career assessment firm.
