Grove Dental Group Formally Wyomissing Dental Associates A great Family Practice and atmosphere gone! Big business has taken over. I was treated like a fool! Wyomissing, Pennsylvania
As soon as I walked in I could feel the difference. What was once a very pleasant place with family values that they should've have been proud of was gone in an instant. I was send a letter after walking out on 9/19/16 after being treated like a fool and feeling like I was being extorted for money. I was the customer and the last time I checked the customer has their say considering they pay for the services provided. The Dentist shuttered as she tried to talk me into a ridiculous amount for a root canal and crown. She couldn't even keep her composure. I am not a fool and have experience in business and how to treat a customer and not to treat someone the way I was treated. If you loved the old Wyo Dental Associates it's gone. Replaced by a large treat the rich factory which you will see as soon as you walk in.
