they are talking about nice and serious business. Salvatore an Italian his located in Ghana to control directly "his" gold mine.
all what there are telling you is only huge lie.
you can waitt day after day simple basic document that will never arrive.
even they don't know what is the politness to reply to your questions or update you .... they have nothing to sell and are just dreaming.
