The products had beed described as having brush full effect as in the picture sent by email, I had requested multiple times to confirm has this finish, and I told to sales representative I need the exact finish because will be used as it is on the front facade cadding.
They sent low finishing product, the brush effect is almost nonexistent Payment has been done via Alibaba Escrow,I released the escrow since they promise an small money refund and the correct finish samples for restore the damage at destination since sending the products back to China would involve a cost of 1000 USD to fix the problem. They sent the samples, but the money they said they wont send it no more.
