You can't trust Guaranteed Traffic

or Steve Desido at 888-625-7312

or Scott Papin at 800-547-5152 ext 114

Four months ago in April, a rep from Guaranteed Traffic (GT) promised us a boom to our business, so we charged $1500 on our credit card for a package. We didn't get the package in 5 days as promised, or in 2 weeks. The package was the manual on how to use the program. We requested it 3 times, and delivery was promised, but it never showed up. That is when we asked for a refund. Because we never received the manual that was supposedly sent. We called and told them to forget it and refund our credit card. They said they would, and they haven't. We have never received the manual on how to use the program.

Guaranteed Traffic owes us $1500!

Twice, Steve promised that we would have our refund in X amount of days, and it never happened.

My wife checks our credit card account online, and she calls Steve almost every day. Many days, he doesn't return her call. Some days, he gives her excuses or blames it on some body or says he needs to check with so-and-so. Standard run-around stuff.

No one seems to know which department charged my account. Therefore, they SAY they cant figure out how to refund my money. If a company cant even figure out how to give a refund Im not sure they have a clue about anything else they are doing. Are they liars or clueless?

We had charged a secondary service, and we did get a refund on that for $495, but we are still waiting on our $1500.

On July 10th, my wife gave me the phone to speak with Brian. He wanted to speak with me because it was my name on the credit card. He confirmed that we requested a refund on May 26th. I am writing this on July 18th. Now Brian is not returning Barbaras calls. Hmmmm.

Does anybody think Ill get my refund two months after I requested it?

my dear all you have to do is a CHARGE BACK with your credit card company -- call them, tell them what is happening and you will have the funds returned to your account, that company will receive a notice that they are having the money deducted from their merchant account
