We were never able to confirm who exactly BS Detector was at HACLA other than she was one of Patrice McConnell's HR hench bitches. Well it looks like Carolyn Chung started cleaning house and FIRED one of her own for having a recent FELONY CONVICTION for FELONY DUI and FELONY HIT AND RUN. Of course Patrice was well aware of the felonies and conspired with her to HIDE those convictions from HACLA in direct violation of the policies she was sworn to uphold. Was she BS Detector? Probably, but we may never know for sure. A warning to Source Intermedia - If some crazy drunk woman crashes her car into the front of your building in El Segundo, just direct her to Patrice's office.

McConnell has a great resume but once upper management realizes she is a worthless ghetto rat who slept and threatened her way to HR Director at HACLA, she will be tossed out like last week's Los Angeles Times. As for Butler, he walked out the door of HACLA with an $80,000 check to pay off his contract. Money well spent. Butler will have to go back to his job prior to HACLA's security guard chief, selling bootleg copies of Gay Porn DVDs out of the back of his pick-up.
Any LEGIT police department will conduct a real pre-employment background investigation and they will see why he was fired from the Sheriff's department as well as his termination at HACLA. In police work, that's called a troubling trend. They don't need the embarassment and liability of hiring this fool. And a FOOL he is. Let's check back in 6 months and see if Patrice is standing in line at her local EDD office or suing her new employer for discrimination.

For those that may be interested, Patrice was picked up as the West coast HR representative by a company called Sourceinterlink The company produces Magazines and digital media such as Motor Trend and Automobile to name a just few titles.
Since she was hired, the company that seemed to be doing very well for its self after recovering from a hard fall three years ago, laid off almost an entire department, Another sect took a 5% pay-cut and none of the West Coast salaried employees (I am not sure if management or higher is included in this one) earn Vacation/Sick time any more.
I have to wonder, is this coincidence or do these changes help feed Patricia's hunger for perks and bonuses?
I am also curious to see when and where Scott Butler will turn up.

It is an interesting thing to read. We were complaining about Patrice McConnell and Scott Butler way back in 2008. Here is proof. Then HACLA decides that the truth needs to be hidden from public view so they use TAXPAYER money to hire a crooked law firm to SILENCE those who dare to speak the truth at the Housing Authority. The fine men and women at Rip Off Report fought and fought HARD for our 1st Amendment Right to publicly expose the Government's illegal actions against us. Ed from ROR WON in court, protecting our identity from the evil doers at the Housing Authority.
What has happened since ROR won the case in Arizona? The crooks got FIRED! That's what happened. Every week, more and more executives who LOOTED MILLIONS from HACLA have been terminated, including the 3 people exposed on this post from 4 years ago, Rudy Montiel, Patrice McConnell and of course the worst of them all - Scott "The Pink Panther" Butler.
Thanks again ROR for allowing us to expose the crooks.
