purchase a 2500.00 set of furniture from a local retailer and also purchased a warrranty which was through Guardsman (Guardsman Furniture warranty)

Had an issue with before we even made the fist payment . Called Guardman and a technician DID come out and service our issue. A short while later we again had another issue ( same issue) just a different area on the furniture and again they did send technician out, He put the piece back incorrectly which it remains the same as of todat 04/24/17.

BUT my main issue is we contacted guardsman again early January 2017  - we sent our claim forms in on 01/13/2017. A technician was sent out he told us that he could not repair the issue. Frame , springs, and lots more. We called guardsman numerious times and everytime we spoke with them it was something different, said they had to order parts , then the next time we called they said they didnt have report. Request report from Technician then they wantedto make sure all the parts were ordered.  blah blah blah, Lie after lie after lie. Then they said they needed to send another technicain out so we wait again. It tookm a week for the tech to contact us and then he said he would be out Thursday between 2-4 pm... we wait...4:20 still no tech, we called and he said OH... I meant next Thursday, so we wait again. So now 3 more weeks have passed since they wanted to send anoth technicain and then for technicain to actually arrive. (march 30th 2017)Techinicain says he would submit his report. Fast forward we receive a standard issue reply (which I'm sure they send everybody)

reply states Technicain states that he is unable to make a high quality repair, rather than make a poor quality repair your claim has been sent back to our administratiom center for review. we will receive a full report from the technicain and so forth blah blah.

I have even contacted the compant that we purchased our furniture from (which by the way they no longer use Guardsman- I wonder why) And still have not been able to get this resolved. I AM PISSED . They give that same response everytime we contact them I'm sure If I didn't even try to give them a call I have no doubt that I would NEVER hear from them again. It has been 4 months, furniture remains to get worse by the day We purchased a 2500.00 leather set and if you try to sit in it you have a spring going straight up your butt. 1/2 of the sofa looks like it is about to just fall off and it is a HOTMESS. I'm sure if it was them that this was happening to they would not be happy just like I am not.

PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ANY WARRANTY PRODUCTS FROM GUARDSMAN - they are nothing but thieves in my opinion
