I have been waiting for a response from support now for over a week. This is unacceptable. If you cannot provide adequate support within a couple days and finalize your decision shortly thereafter, how can you expect to keep customers?
We are in the middle of one of the worst "supply and demand" problems the US has ever faced, so you need to be enabling folks to use your site, not the other way around.
Someday, when you finally get around to answering my request to fix my account, I might come back and use your site again. However, probably not.
