GunBrokers.com Tried to locate a lick to Phone the company or an email address for customer service, but am unable to locate any on the site, Internet
This site may work well for some, and has the usual reports about how great it is ,but the site has no direct link either by email or phone #'s for customer service. Basically you are dealing with an individual that are selling weapons, and or services connected with weapons, and any problems, must be hashed out with them and not the broker itself. Very poor system, although I'm sure the people selling the items are OK. They do list a feedback section for the sellers much like eBay and they work in a similar way with bidding, but with minor differences. Since I made a purchase of what I thought was a pistol,(but later found out it was for a coating service only, but was listed in the handgun section??)Seems it should have been listed under Gun-smithing/restoration section and not on a list of weapons for sale. Very confusing to say the least. I have notified the seller of my mistake gave my email address & Ph# to get back to me but after several hours, no response! BE AWARE!! Read and ask everything if you use site.
