Guye's limo dispatched a white Hummer with the check engine light on to Upper Marlboro, MD to pick up 16 passengers for a roundtrip birthday celebration to Philadelphia, PA. The limo was dirty and the air conditioning did not work properly. The driver, Keith, was not trained to open doors or exude overall etiquette and professionalism.

Keith didn't have a GPS navigator and we used our phones to direct him where we were going. When it was time to return home to MD, we noticed that he was revving the engine and didn't know why. Keith never mentioned there was a mechanical issue. We noticed the limo was extremely sluggish and hot, and barely made it over the bridge into Delaware from Philadelphia.

The limo broke down outside Wlimington, DE at 1:00 AM and wasn't equipped with any emergency equipment e.g., flares, reflective cones, etc. Keith called the owner, Bill Guye several times and he did not answer the phone. We ended up calling the police for roadside assistance fearing for our safety from oncoming traffic on Interstate 95 in DE.

Our trip coordinator had to secure taxis for 17 people which included the driver for the return trip home to Upper Marlboro, MD. The driver claimed he would pay for the trip, and then said he couldn't because he didn't have a credit card. We got back to MD at 4:15 AM.

The owner, Bill Guye has not returned several calls in reference to what happened which is extremely unprofessional. My friend is seeking full reimbursement for the limo expense, as well as over $800 for the return trip to MD.

Bill Guye was negligent in having a limo on the road with a check engine light endangering the lives of 17 people on a day we intended to celebrate. Through prayers and level heads we prevailed, made it home safely and are thankful to God.
