I recycled my iPhone 5 with Guzu. I was promised $120 for my phone, but kept getting the runaround after I received the initial email stating that my phone had been received. 

A week after receiving the email, I followed up about payment and received the following email:

Dear customer

We are sorry for the extreme delay you have encountered with your payment. Our accounts experienced a series of fraud attempts on our accounts and had issue with our cash flow due to this unfortunate problem. We are in the process of catching up old payments, and anyone experiencing issues with a bounced check.

After following up again a week later, I received:

Hello

Your order hase been aproved and moved to the Accounting Department for payment.

I then followed up again a week later, another week later, and 2 days in a row after that with no response. I then called their offices but line was out of service. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. 

I wish I had checked the internet before sending in my phone. I'm out a phone and $120. I can't get a response from the company. Complete Scam.
