 I submitted my phone to this company and recieved a confirmation email stating that i would be paid $25.00 for my device. I had sent in a iphone 5s with a broken screen. It took almost three weeks for me to recieve my check. Then i go to deposit the check at my bank and the next week I get notified that the funds were insufficient. I was charged $12 for that and charged $25 for not having the funds. Now I am out $37. This was my d**n gas money for next week. I tried calling GUZU at the numbers listed and to no avail i could not reach anyone. I emailed them back at the same emails they sent me with no response. This is unacceptable and I need my d**n money!!!!!
