After agreeing to services that failed in my mpi report , I was then told the services were preventative and not urgent. I do not understand how a company can scare someone into getting work done on their car. The services recommended should have gone under caution. Very costly lesson. I found my Firestone MPI report from the day before, which I thought my husband had lost, wish i had read it sooner because they said my fluids were fine.
