H H Gregg Failure to honor extended warranty in a reasonable time Newnan Georgia
My Toshiba DVD recorder has been in repair service for the third time since 10/18/2007 (In now for the third time since 11/29/07) although it was returned twice the problem still existed.
Since it was returned to the store in Nov. I have been told it was repaired and on the way back to the store whic did not happen. later I was told that the unit was lost and nothing could be done until it was found. In early Jan 2008 I was told by the store General Manager that the unit was found and being repaired and would be returned to me soon.
On 1/23/2008 I contacted the repair agency direct and was told that they could not repair the unit and it might be 2 more weeks before they made a decision on warranty.
I have been stonewalled long enough and HH Gregg needs to honor the warranty contract for which I paid extra money. This company has no way to contact their corporate offices with a complaint such as this.
