H20 wireless  lies about their "unlimited" service plans. If you use too much voice, data or text, they cutoff your service and refuse to repay any money that is left in your account! I don't know if they do it to all the heavy text users or only the one paid money for several months in advance. Until November of 2011 I was paying month to month and the texting habit was same as now and my service was never interrupted. I decided to pay $120 for next 3 months as I was under 40 bucks unilimited talk and text plan. As soon as I paid for 3 months in advance then blocked my texting one week before the first month end. I did not know why they would block as they never mentioned limiting the text on their website or when i signed up for the service. This is what the website said about the unlimited text, 2. How much does it cost to send a text message using my H2O Wireless phone? When we said UNLIMITED, we meant it. Text messages are unlimited to send and receive. After trying to reach the customer service for 5 days , I get hold on someone who told me of unusual use was the reason for that block and I have to wait until it expires which is end of the 30th day of that cycle. Customer service was a joke. I am not here to complain about that. It will go on and on if i start to do that. Obviously most of the customer rep are not trained for the product they sale and don't know the logistics. Also I was on hold for over 40 minutes each time. I had to call 5 or 6 times before I actually get to talk to someone from beginging to end. After talking to them they told me that it was on fine print and trusted them and then went to back to website I did not find anything about it. Also when I ask for money back, they said they don't give money back for any advance pay. I never heard of that. Are there any law against it? I have no idea how company like this do business these days. This is not a unlimited plan if it has limitation. I think if did not pay them in advance for 3 months, they would not have done this to me. Before I only paid month by month and never was blocked. My texting habit has not changed. the pattern is same. I think this is a dishonest business practice. Hope somebody come up with class action law suit.
