I received an order I had placed with Haband on August 10, 2006. Included with my order was a FREE shipping coupon and leaflets of some of their specials along with the FREE GIFT offer.

They informed me I could place my order via snail mail, Toll Free Telephone or on the internet. I always choose the internet.

On August 10, 2006 when I tried to place my order on the internet, their web page would not accept my 2 freebies and 20% discount. So I decided I would use their Toll Free phone order service.

This is where they told me I couldn't use all 3 offers they had made to me. I didn't ask for these free offers, Haband offered them to me. When (DAVE) in customer service tried to use excuses and apologies with me, I became upset and asked to speak to someone else.

Dave turned me over to (KIM) and I suggested I send an email to Haband with all the information I had from their company. Kim agreed and gave me their email address ([email protected]).

She said she would call me after she received the email.

I sent everything to Kim and Dave via the email, including my requested order. The coupon envolved was sent as an attachment with the email.

Kim did not call me on the August 10, 2006 as promised, so I called Haband on August 11, 2006 and, once again, was told they would return my call. Never heard anymore from Dave or Kim at Haband. Frank J. Larson, Prince Frederick, Maryland
