I only care about fairness at HACLA. Butler and Simmons have had a strange personal relationship ever since they first got together. Montiel is spending all his time scampering around waiting for the S-H-I-T to hit the fan when his inflated salary hits the news. Montiel touts all his "Blue Ribbon" and "5 Star" awards from HUD - but in reality he is a total and complete failure at HACLA. Back to Butler and Simmons. Simmons has been running interference for Butler's incompetence for way too long and it HAS TO STOP! I am glad the snitch at 515 Colombia made to first post on this brewing scandal. Let's not forget why they kicked Butler out of 2600 and sent him to 515. Butler had no friends at 2600 and he has even LESS friends over there at 515. I am still wondering how Simmons justified giving a low level employee like Butler a $52,000 SPORTS CAR paid for by HUD while all the executive staff are driving beat up old Toyota Prisuses. Just wondering. Maybe we all should be wondering. Maybe Simmons needs to go back to Victoria's Secret and buy himself a cute little nighty - Maybe Butler needs to get used to the fact that he is NO LONGER a Police Captain - he got demoted to Security Guard!

Guard Captain Scott Butler may have a small p***s, but being a womanizer isn't one of his shortcomings, if you'll forgive the pun! Granted a recent emergency pre-dawn meeting was held regarding Mr. Butler's sexual escapades, but it was nothing to do with his job performance. Or his attempted performance with the female employees at HACLA. It is what goes on with Mr. Butler off the job, which has HACLA executives' feathers all ruffled.
Butler has been seen frequently with his male companion in the Belmont Shore district of Long Beach. I am told he likes certain nightclubs down there. I also have it on good authority (I won't mention names) that this so-called "emergency meeting" was nothing more than a smoke screen to cover up what's really going on within the Administrative staff. Word from the fifth floor (because let's face it, that's where all the gossip and rumors comes from) is that the executive staff know they're next in any upcoming media investigations regarding their paychecks.
Most of the sudden dramatic administrative moves and decisions in investigating Scott Butler's personal life are a ways and means to deflect from what's really going on with "Kinky" Ken Simmons, Rudy Montiel, et al; when it comes to unfair and outrageous salary hikes. From what I hear, Rudy Montiel's annual salary makes Bell City Council look like they're collecting a welfare check. So, they target little Scott over something which has absolutely no bearing on his leadership skills.
Once again, review the facts from reliable sources instead of listening to those disgusting fat women up on the fifth floor who all have nothing better to do with their time, other than to disrupt the workplace with their idle malicious gossip.
Regards,
Stanley.
