hair club is now sold to Japanese WIG maker with millions lost. Due to mismanagement,unqualified staff,outrageous customers services fees, their unscrupulous sales practices ,and such as lies and not informing customers of using WIG and liquid glue and tapes which is quite messy,dirty,also it shifts and moves side to side,and how loose it can get until customers are lured to signed a contract and only then are told to must come and renew the wig(which last only 8-10 weeks) and pay monthly outrageous fees to maintain a wig which only cost few bucks on line. but customers are paid up to average $8000 a year with monthly payments of well above $560 just to refit and get warm wash and shampoo and some out dated styling products! customers are constantly pressured to upgrade meaning pay more or their constant and existing problems with WIG will get ignored and are projected back on to customers as if its your problem. never mind complaining, they do little or nothing at all. i personaly don't recommend this club to none. they lie,cheat and don't even honor contract. This is my own story based purely on my own sad experiences while at hair club for men and women.
