Hair Club For Men, In my opinion, this company is a rip offf, dishonest, and fraudulent Austin Texas
In my opinion, this company is fraudulent. Not only did they promised that their products would work for me in one to two months, but they specified in a contract that if I was not fully satisfied with the outcome of their EXT product, that the $1,600 that I spent on this product would be applied towards other services that they offer.
The six month product did not produce any results. Concluding the six months when I completed the EXT products (overpriced shampoo, conditioner and fake Rogain), I called there company with inquiries of other services that I could utilize. I was told that I called after the six months of the start date of the EXT program and that I was not entitled to the usage of the $1,600 that I spent. I called other offices to resolve this issue not receiving any call backs or any help.
I just recently brought this to a lawyer and there response was that my allegations were false and they gave me ample opportunities to utilize the money that I spent. Well now I'm taking them to court. If you are looking for a solution to hair loss, do not seek help with this company. They not only take advantage of the insecurities of thinning men, but this company is fraudulent, rude, dishonest, liars. Do not do business with this company. This is my opinion based on factual events.
