Dear Gena,
Our return policy has been stayed same in terms of accepting return items where we charge restocking fee for items coming back to us with missing tags, inside packaging and etc. However, we clearly state on our website when items are missing outside packaging or missing hair pieces we will return item back to customer and shipping and handling fee will be paid by customer.
So, if there is any return problem customer should contact us at (866)424-7747 and find status of it.
