Hall's Body Shop Towing Falsely informed of payment options. Moses Lake Washington
Car was towed to their yard and they would not accept a debit or credit card for payment to release the car. They said cash only from owner of car. Owner lives 100 miles away. Son was not allowed to pay csh to get released car. owner had to take full day of work off to drive 100 miles to pay cash to get car released. Advertising for this company lists payment options of Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Debit cards. owner was taken advantage of the fact that he was 100 miles away so they could add additional fees. Very deceptive and rude in the handling of this over the phone. would never recomend anyone do business with them.
