Halvor Lines Fraudulent claim Superior Wisconsin

Due to a minor incident involving a Halvor Lines truck and my own this company submitted a claim to my compay, which I believe to be fraudulent and excessive. I feel safe letting you look at the photos and figures they claim, and you can make your own judgement. Since at least part of their claim I believe to be outright fraudulent, I will be submitting a formal complaint with the Wisconsin attorney general. The headlight assembly they claim was cracked by the minor contact with a tire was really shocking. I never expected it. The area of contact is only a few sqare inches and on the lower edge of the housing, where the plastic is the thickest. There was no cracking that could be explained by this very minor contact. I believe the photos make this obvious. This, I believe, is nothing more than a dirty attempt to get a brand new headlight by taking advantage of a minor incident. I was able to wipe off part of the rubber streak with just my finger. There was no reason whatsoever to even bother replacing this headlight.
They also claim they had to shut down the truck for an entire day to complete the repairs, even though the labor time was only 1 3/4 hours total. The charge for this was nearly $900. There was absolutely nothing preventing them from fully utilizing their truck till they could fix it at a convenient time. It was nothing more than a cosmetic issue. The only thing in this claim that is valid is the cheap plastic bumper replacement. They never asked for a statement from me. So I get screwed without anyone hearing my side. I am also getting no backup from my company. So here I am.
