Hammond Screens Enterprises ripoff refuses to repair contractual, warranteed work Dania Florida
We signed a contract with Hammond Screens Enterprises, Inc. in December 2003. We purchased patio/screen/super gutter and seamless house gutter totaling over 3K dollars. In May of 2004 the seamless house gutter stared to leak at the joints.
Hammond Screens Enterprises, Inc. were contacted (numerous times) and requested to come out and warranty the installed house gutter which is supposed to be covered for 1 year.
Every time I called Hammond Screens Enterprises, Inc. I was told we would be scheduled for warranty repairs. So far we have seen no one from the company to stand behind their work.
It's now September and Hammond Screens Enterprises, Inc. refuses to stand behind their own installations. Hammond Screens Enterprises, Inc. are members of The Better Business Bureau.
We filed a complaint with the BBB. Shirley Hammond, the President of Hammond Screens Enterprises, responded with a signed statement dated July 6, 2004 and promised the repairs would be taken care of personally by the owner Mr. Dale Hammond.
We are still waiting for the repairs to be done. Whatever you do, do not have any work done on your home by Hammond Screens Enterprises, Inc. They DO NOT stand behind their work!!!
