placed an order on July 2017 and the painting still did not arrive, I've now told them numerous times now that I do not want the painting and want a full refund on my monies, they keep saying it's the courier and they're to blame, I have plenty of deliveries from DHL (the courier company they use) and never have I had any problems into receiving my goods from them, it's a scam as far as I can see they're thieves who take your monies I wished to God I had read all the other complaints regarding this company before hand, as nothing like this has ever happened to me before, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND I THINK ITS ABOUT TIME THIS IS PUT OUT THERE SO NOONE ELSE GETS SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY AGAIN, customer service is as bad as the company. Please don't insult me with your apologies just pay me back my monies, don't want to hear your crap and your lies and your excuses I just Want my monies back today
