Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

False Advertisment is defined as when the consumer is told misleading, false information without correct evidence to back it up.  Now here is a quote off your site""Each and everyone of the performers is a real employee of Happily ever laughter LLC and carries liability insurance. ''  Now how is this possible when you are working most states without foreign corporations in them. You are not even licensed to work those states let alone have employees there.! Lets take Washington DC as an example. You have no foreign there yet you have ads up there.  Texas  is another example and many more. You can not advertise in states that you are not licensed to work in.  You don't even follow the laws in California for city business licenses.

So how can they be employees and have insurance? Lets take California were you have your LLC. Your company on Gigmasters has a location for Sac and you have no business license for that city.  The state of Ca has rules in most cities saying you are required to have a license one for each city you work in.  Your business stats says you have 5 employees your web site says more like 30 by the photo.   And that was taken before you decided to work most states.

According to Gigmasters.com web site you have gotten tons of jobs from there site and others like them. Now the only problem Gigmasters in not a foreign corporation to most all the states nor is Gigsalad. So how did you get all these jobs from companies that should also not be advertising in most states to begin with either.   So with all this being said I would believe that there is a lot of false advertisment going on here. You Think?  What is the most sad thing about your company it deceives people because it looks so innocent. But I for one would not be willing to lose my home because I was mislead into thinking the girls that work for you have insurance and are legal.  Then some kid chocks on a balloon or face paint burns there skin for life and the people find out it was all a big rip off. These are my personal opinions said in good faith to protect the consumer. Hire local call the city were you live and check on license and see if they are licensed to work in your town. Ask to see the insurance at the door.Get a contract with the real name of the person doing the job, not just Fairy Sparkles in case you need to take action. Anyway you should no the real name of the person who is handling your kids and coming into your home.
