Harbor Auto Sales Co, Harbor Auto Sales Co is a FRAUD, they are unprofessional, and deceiving. Lynn Massachusetts
We purchased a "rebuilt motor" from Harbor Auto Sales Co in November of 2008. After long hours of labor to remove the old motor and install the "rebuilt motor" it was bad. Tedious phone calls about the condition of the motor with the "manager" and many recordings and pictures of the motor they had sent us, along with many avoided phone calls to Harbor Auto Sales, and promises of refunding our money....we are still waiting.
No one actually works there, I am assuming since no one can tell me anything except that I need to call back for "O", the manager of the used parts division. He is always on another line, gone for the day, or will call us back. The person answering is always a helper or works in another department and can not help but only inform you to call back.
To no avail we are still calling, waiting, posting comments on every site possible so someone else does not get the same kind of run around and ripoff we have received. We are still trying to work with our credit card company in proving this a fraud. Hopefully you will not make the same mistake....think before you do any business with these people. They are rude, deceitful, and untrustworthy.
