Matt, We are sorry if you had an unpleasant experience with our company. As an online business we handle all customer support through email. And also as a business we are closed weekends and holidays, which can cause delays in our responses. We also have several individuals that answer our incoming emails, so each of them may have not been familiar with your individual issue. We have added a more sophisticated email system that lets all of our customer support reps see the entire email history with anyone who emails us. Unfortunately I do not have any details of your exact transaction. However I can assure you that we do support 100% of our Hard Drive Outlet sales on eBay with a 30day warranty. We have transacted well over 150,000 auctions on eBay in over 4 1/2 years on the site. In that time we have received about 65,000 positive feedbacks, a third of which are from repeat customers. While we have also received around 1145 unfavorable feedbacks on eBay in that same time. They represent only about 3/4 on one percent of our total transactions. And they are a result of either impatient customers that were unwilling to wait a reasonable amount of time for a response or a result of an honest mistake on our part. We have never entered into any eBay transaction to "rip-off" a customer. If we were on eBay to rip people off, we would not have 65,000 positive feedbacks. Again we are sorry if you had a problem and our responses did not meet your expectation. That is our mistake. However, to accuse us of being a "rip-off", in our opinion if very unjust and completely inaccurate. That is also an opinion shared and openly expressed 65,000 times on eBay. Thank you

I had a problem with HDO a while back. They were really stalling on replacing a DAT tape drive I bought on eBay. Got creative and tracked down the parent company, ICS, Inc. HDO is just an eBay front for ICS. Here's there web site: www.yourdrive.com/stage/contact.html This gives you a phone number to pound on as well as a real address to send BBB complaints to. I did. Finally got my replacement drive. They may have a high rating with eBay but their negative count is very high also. They move a lot of junk and hope people just give up when trying to get replacements. Don't.....
