I wa advised by them that they are a paperless enviroment and no access to the interet for security is why they ask for the routing numbers, and they told me they are monitored by the bank for security very good place

First, you didn't know your routing number? You posted this so I assume you have access to the internet? It took me approximately 6 seconds to locate the Wells Fargo routing number for Maryland at https://www.wellsfargo.com/help/routing_number/
Secondly, the standard mail delivery time that is quoted at the time of the order is 10 business days, which includes the printing and bulk shipping of your checks. Bulk shipments are indeed not trackable and are the cheapest method to ship for both you and the company, hence the lower price. You do pay a higher price to have the printing and shipping of your checks expedited. You just sound mad because you gambled and lost at the bulk mail game.
Lastly, if you simply must use checks and want to shop around, remember that if you buy from another company, you are providing your personal information to a third party whose security has not been vetted by your bank. They may collect and sell personal data, and have an inferior and more easily forged product.
